The history of North Korean compliance with this sort of thing is not good.

I saw them perform live a few days ago. It was so bad it was embarrassing. Part of this wasn't their fault - the venue (a sports stadium) had them in a place where they were barely visible, and the best way to see them was on the big display screens.
