Re: Guess what the Graph Shows!

Anything to do with birth rates? Nope. I would surely hope we don't have measureable birth rates in people under 15. Well, it is a measurable statistic world wide. Granted that it is mostly in low income countries but I would think you'd have at least a part of it. Eh, it was just a guess anyway. I...

Re: On to the Scottish referendum

It looks like high voter turnout in a race too close to call. I think a 51%/49% vote either way will be problematic for a long time to come. Too bad it can't be a decisive choice one way or the other.

Re: Guess what the Graph Shows!

In any event, if that had been what's in the graph, it would be a rather eerie pattern of future predictions, don't you think? Well, yeah, then there's that. I'm not sure I agree with the more strict definition of the term since it is pretty clearly defined already. The whole reason I chose it was ...

Re: Guess what the Graph Shows!

Number of tropical cyclones that made land-fall in a Singapore by year? I think that would be zero. There are no tropical depressions/tropical storms/hurricanes/typhoons there? I think there are. Typhoons can hit Singapore from July to mid November, and can sometimes cause heavy damage, flooding an...

Heh, that picture is 7 months old.

She's looked a lot better recently than she did 5 or 10 years ago.

Re: NTAS

The NTAS thingy is real. My motivations for putting it there, unknown.

My next addition will be a monitor for the current Torino Impact Hazard Scale (Torino Scale).

It should be fine. The connection is between the client and the source of the iFrame so it shouldn't effect us at all.

Re: Feguson, Missouri

I didn't say anything like that and you know it Relax, I was just trying to be facetious. It was actually a riff on an old joke about a bar fight, in which the teller says "I crammed my chin into his fist, and threw myself on the floor..." Yeah, I'm sorry. I realized I over reacted but it...
