Re: Where be the Llamas?

Yes, it’s a bit hopeful. Weather in Circular Quay was nice yesterday. Went for a stroll over the harbour bridge. Spent best part of today at Royal National Park. Saw lots of Ozzy birds (Avian variety). Have also seen lots of Ozzy Sheilas in last 24 hrs. Got another 7 days of sightseeing ahead.

Face looks familiarish. But can't place any flicks she was in. Something Dick-van-Dyke-ish maybe?

I didn’t think meeting Truss would be that traumatic.

Truss will have to do another U-turn to meet the new Monarch I suppose

Re: Rest in Peace: Queen Elizabeth II

Charlie's go at it might change NZ attitudes to 'the Crown', owing to the 'less-steely' perception of his backbone in these here parts. A lot of current NZ legislation has been put into place since 1953, and is heavily-laced with references to the 'Crown' (and the 'duties and obligations of the Crow...

Re: The next UK Prime Minister

Ok, so I was just joking about 'Tory pale iconography'*.

*Edit - I'm trying to be subtle about skin-colour bias

Now I'm caught between mild** surprise and alarm about the prospect that ^this^ could be determinative.
