No trees were killed in the posting of this message.
However, a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.

Is it just me? When I looked at the picture, the pyramyds looked like pits in the ground.

(Must see that optician again!) :shock:

Heh...

This phenomenon discussed on The BABB here and here. And looking at some of those crater images, it does look like having shadows in the upper left should cause the depressed appearance you mention.

I see that all the time with those crater images but the pyramids looked fine to me. Perhaps because I recognized them as pyramids before I looked for depth. I don't know. But I certainly see how they could appear as you say to some viewers.
