End of an era - last shuttle landing

A bus station is where a bus stops. A train station is where a train stops. On my desk, I have a work station.

If you are seeing an apparent paradox, that means you are missing something.

Remember when that one astronaut lost his luggage? The toolkit, during the spacewalk?

Well he lost it - too bad. But I do reckon he should be made to go back and get it, or at least to point out where he lost it so that it can be included on this map of the space junkpile so that someone else doesn't bump into it.

(FWIW I always was under the impression that having the shuttle programme was supposed to help reduce the junk pile.)

Then on behalf of the half of the human race that always gets the blame for war, crime, pollution and everything, can I express my gratitude for that clarification?

I wonder if NASA provided a uniformed attendant as the astronauts deplaned (deorbitered? decrafted? deshuttled?). SOmeone to stand there at the door repeating "Buh bye, buh bye, buh bye now, buh bye..."
