Lifted off 7 July, 2003
Landed on Mars 1 January, 2004
Had a mission success criterion of 90 sols and 900 meters
Was active on Mars for 5111 sols, covering 45.16 km (28.06 mi)
Last signal received from th craft June 10, 2018, amid a dust storm cutting off solar energy.
No response received afterwards, until the last signal to the craft on sol 5352 (18 Feb, 2019)

Hats off to a great achievement, and thanks for many beautiful images and insights.

Opportunity's last image was a large mosaic stitched together from hundreds of exposures. It remains forever incomplete, because Opportunity ceased to function when some data from the second and third colour channel were still unrecorded. An Unfinished Symphony, if you like:

Outstanding work. Mars is the only planet inhabited entirely by robots...... That we know about.
