We've had veggie burger for decades. Now they call it a hamburger "made from plants". Now in advertising anything that used to be vegetable/vegetarian/vegan, is now made from plants. The latest is "plant butter" Non-dairy bread spread "made from plants". Well, gee, we usually just call that margarine.

But wait... it seems the new stuff is actually less good for you. Regular margarine is largely water, the new "plant butter" is higher in oil content.

I don't get why turning plants into meat is such a big deal. Cows have been doing it forever.
