^TrInItY^ on GLP apparently downloaded several other UFO Videos from the Prophet Yahweh site. They discuss them here and the videos themselves are here.

So what, Lance? Why is this guy a fake? I don't see anyone debunking him.

Just writing off someone without a reason is bad.

When the real thing comes along, we have to study it with an open mind.

If we dismiss someone just because we want to, we are just as bad as those who believe just because they want to.

Bill;

This isn't a debunking site at this point, though that will change soon enough. Prophet Yahweh has been debunked elsewhere. All we do here is point and laugh at "the guy with mylar balloons". Even the whack jobs at GLP don't take him seriously.

If you'd like to debunk Prophet Yahweh yourself, please feel free to do so.

What is the big deal? Maybe he is for real?

I mean, I have been able to lots of strange stuff that only my closest frinds know of for years and I just never wanted to tell anyone. This guy says he has been able to do this for years and never bothered to tell anyone because he is afraid of being harassed.

I can relate.

Here is a couple of other stuff.

The brain can do lots of wierd stuff that we can't yet explain. How about those monks in Tibet who sit in the snow and by the power of their mind they raise their body heat in meditation to melt the snow.

Also, dude, faith healing is for real. I know this by first hand.

So why not little orbs of energy the nature of which is not known.

It is not so hard to believe.

See, we are being childish by poking fun at this, don't you think? To dismiss something that we do not understand because it seems strange or that we want to believe it is not real is immature and stupid. Do you agree or disagree?

I just remembered something else from the years I served in the Navy as an Intelligence Specialist.

After World War II there were some kids who survived the Atomic Bombs who seemed to be able to do this kind of thing -- summon white orbs in the sky by meditation. I remember the government whisked them away.

In fact, the movie, Akira, is loosely based on these kids and their abilities. The movie takes place after a fictitious World War III and it is about kids, who survive a hydrogen bombing of Tokyo, and the kids are highly telekinetic, but it is the same premise.

And the point the movie makes is a serious one: The Nature of Consciousness is a mysterious thing. If Consciousness can exist, then almost anything is possible including the creation of the Universe itself.

So maybe this guy has some validity and we are a little foolish to right him off without being able to explain how he does it.

You have a point, of course, but to me it's like The Little Boy Who Cried Wolf. There have been SO many false prophets, coolaid poisoners, cult leaders, end of worlders, etc that it is indeed tough to take a 'wait and see' attitude with each on a case-by-case, even if it is warranted.

A lot of that would be eliminated if people like PY would expose their powers or message in a more rational and provable way, but that's just me.

There is no doubt in my mind that PY is a fake.

Like some one said earlier, why doesnt he do this on the 6 a clock news, live, infront of the whole science community.

I bet you my left arm that nothing would show up.

Ps:Im right handed.
I still await the compelling Exhibit A.

I thought that the ABC news of Yahweh summoning an orb were quite stunning. It didn't look like a helicopter or plane.

I also thought Yahweh seemed like quite a genuine guy.
I expected some pasty faced Jesus look-alike talking crap.
But this guy seemed OK. I've heard religious types exclaim in their religious way and I have to say that there are several types the sick bastard creationists who suck up to God( or at least they suck up to other fundies[I sometimes wonder if they even try to talk to God just pretend to]) and there are the genuine types.
Yahweh seemed like the second type, almost embarrassed to exclaim in religious ways(which must come natural to him if he spends a lot of time with other religious people).

I'd go with UFOs myself.

Here's a theory about how he can call these things if they are UFOs

This planet maybe to corrupt for these aliens, perhaps bad is infectious and they don't want to become infected.
This Yahweh person clears the area with his prayers and they come in, because these ETs really do want to make contact. But even this bloke can't make the area clear enough of corruption for these li'l green guys to risk infection so they cant come down and they just go away.

This is just a theory, I don't know one way or the other but I was impressed.
