I suspect that the President Elect of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, is actually Canadian actor Kevin McDonald of Kids in the Hall fame, with a beard:

I was once in the Parliament building in BC, and they were showing us this massive picture of QEII and Prince Philip, and I said, "wow. she really does look like Scott Thompson." tour guide looks at me and says, "I know!"
