Damn. Until the most dire penalties are levied on the perpetrators / facilitators of such "accidents", these disasters will never abate.
It is NOT an accident if it is foreseeable and accordingly, preventable.

Yes - especially annoying because that reef is charted in every navigational system known to humanity.
