The city of Bielefeld has tendered a one million Euro prize for anyone who can prove, beyond a doubt, that the city does not, cannot, exist. A panel of experts will assess if any the proofs received (about 1800 and counting on the last day of the competition) holds water. The BBC, which is, of course, always right, has more.
