Yep. But here is an interesting research project - go through threads in the various forums searching for postings on that date. (There is also an advanced search engine attached to the board) See if you can find a topic, or large cluster of posts that would account for that number of users.

Let us know.

Beats me. This forum has robots scanning it all the time, could be a bunch of them happened to drop in at the same time. 105 users would definitely be a lot more than us members.

Well, technically, according to the memberlist, there are 169 members. But unless free beer was on tap, the odds of 105 of them showing up would be slim.

Interesting. 121 users today as at board time 8:18 PM October 1, 2010. Am I reading this correctly? Does this break the old record?

Friends of yours, Tubes?

I was thinking along the same lines, KLA2 - I even wrote a post to that effect, but I erased it just before submitting because I realized that the 105 users were the most users at any one time, while the statistic you cite gives the cumulative number of users over the current day.

Yeh, I kind of thought about that too, Arneb, but decided to recklessly post anyway.

Psst, Tubes, this forum is really for original stories, poems, artwork. So unless you want to rephrase your opening post in the form of a Haiku ...

Not that anyone seems to care much around here. The mods could move it ... :-

Yes. I have never seen any of his "work" I would consider art. Haven't seen any in this thread. Does your post have a deeper meaning?

Oh, but to move this thread would destroy it's context, and thus its intrinsic artfulness. I'll think I'll just leave it be, for now.

Also, I'm lazy.

concessum, non oblitum.

KLA2, I don't know Dada as a person. I was referring to Dadaism. That any help?

Arneb, did you use the woed "thread" when you meant "forum"?

Illiterati is the forum.

Illuminati-R-Us is the board.

Or am I totally losing it? :goodbye:

Thanks for the translation! :D

No no, thread was what I meant. However, the degree of seriousness is debatable.
