This is another for the "thought she was already dead" pile for me.

Face looks familiarish. But can't place any flicks she was in. Something Dick-van-Dyke-ish maybe?
A bus station is where a bus stops. A train station is where a train stops. On my desk, I have a work station.

If you are seeing an apparent paradox, that means you are missing something.

Manchurian Candidate

Her MGM contract ended in 1952.

She was in some really corny American television serial.

I once listened to an aspiring actress spout off about what a legend Angela Lansbury was, and how painful it was to watch her humiliate herself in that television show.

Bedknobs and Broomsticks might be the one you're thinking of. ;)

The "something Dick Van Dyke-ish" isn't far off. Possibly her last role was in Mary Poppins Returns. She was definitely showing her age by then - but then, I think in your 90s you're allowed to and she still gave a great performance. She was indeed in Bedknobs and Broomsticks and while Murder She Wrote had its corn, it was enjoyable light entertainment. The Missus and I liked it.
