KILL
ALEXANDRIA, Va. (AP) - Defense lawyers for Sept. 11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui face a daunting task: persuading a jury to spare their client's life after a week in which the horrors of the terrorist attacks were vividly revisited.

I have no words for this person but DEATH!

You do know that to be put to death is his greatest desire, right?

Why would you give him what he wants? He should be punished, not rewarded. Hmmm... I wonder if Candy is in league with the terrorists.

We loose too much valuable psychological data in the death pentalty. I am against the death pentalty even in cases like this or in Timothy McVay.

Anyone, given the right circumstances, can be brainwashed into a cult.

And people have a natural knack for getting sucked into consparacy theories, as in the Timothy McVay case. I think Moussaoui and McVay are innocent. Even if they are guilty.

McVay was a Conspiracy Theorist, Bill?? Who suckered that poor innocent youth in, Bill?? Wow!! Those no good evil doers should all be rounded up a given a good talking to. Don't you think, Bill??

Maybe, Bill. Just Maybe, your innocent McVay was not so innocent after all. Did anyone put a gun to his head and force him to assemble that bomb and blow up that Federal Building, with those little innocent children inside. Now Bill, I could of sworn that he was an ex serviceman who knew how to think for himself. Correct me if I'm wrong bill, but didn't he even train to be in the Special Forces?? Now you really have to be on your feet to even train with them. So in my opinion your poor innocent Conspiracy Theorist isn't so innocent after all, now is he, Bill??

Now about Moussaoui, where does a Conspiracy Theorist come in with him, Bill??

I have only one more thing to say, Bill. You are in dire need of help.

Timothy McVeigh was a Conspiracy Theorist in the sense that he
believed all that NWO/ZOG crap.

Zacarias Moussaoui is a Conspiracy Theorist because he believes
the West is conspiring to occupy the Holy Sites, and engage in a
Crusade against Islam.

Not that it matters.

But don't ever say that CTs are harmless.

I understand this, but his RELIGION has gone TOO FAR! Enough is enough. Either we succumb and relive history over again (like so many other times) or we rid this world of false promises AND MOVE TOWARD THE NEXT PARADIGM. <--- I hate this word, too, but it fits! :P

Religion has gone too far?

Is this a sudden new revelation? Were the Crusades not far enough? The Salem Witch Trials? The Spanish Inquisition? The attacks on the "non-Christian" Indians? The beatings, the torture, and the forcefulness of conversions? Killing the Jews in the name of Christianity (since they're "Christ-killers", after all)?

Do you really think that executing an official is a new Paradigm, and not reliving history? Do you even know why the Islamic Extremists are against the European and American cultures? Do you know nothing of history? This crap can be traced back to Charlemagne, and past that.

We justify killing them, they justify killing us. Violence begets violence. (What's ironic is that I used to be for the Death Penalty, but this thread got me thinking things out)

This sterio system has his wires crossed.
I hardly know where to begin or even if it is worth the effort.
And I did not say that Moussaoui was a conspiracy theorist.

I am sure McVay thought of himself as a soldier fighting for religious freedom and was duped into thinking that the big bad ATF and the FBI were evil unamerican (for lack of a better term) forces that needed to be attacked.

Tim McVay was an easy-going light hearted fun kid. I am sure if you had known him you would let him date your sister.

I read the other day where Moussawi wants to take back his guilty plea. He didn't get his death wish, and the 72 virgins, so I guess he thinks he get a new trial and get out of prison.

He'd have had a better shot at having his plea withdrawn if he had been sentenced to death. But since he's nuts, and represented himself, his appellate attorneys may be able to successfully argue ineffective assistance of counsel.

That cracked me up. I hope the asshole spends the rest of his life in jail and lives to be 150.
