Today I saw the standard Mormon ad for one of their free books, only this time it said NOTHING about the Book of Mormon, but only offered a free King James Bible.
Hmmm ... could it have anything to do with Romney's position in the polls and getting the public at large to believe they (the Mormons) are not some weirdo sect based on a stolen 19th Century sci-fi novel, but rather a respectable branch of a religion based upon half-forgotten Eqyptian myths? I don't know! But I am suspicious ...

No, that's what their ads have always done. They offer you a free King James, then presumably ship that along with the Book of Mormon and whatever other literature they have to send. I noticed that years before Mitt Romney ever hit the national political radar.
