For those unfamiliar with the DUP they are hardline Unionists, anti gay, anti abortion (it's generally illegal in Norn Iron) old school Protestant bible bashing fuckwits. Their manifesto has been described as "the Old Testament with fortnightly bin collections".

Pro-Brexit but want to stay in the single market, anti free movement except them and their fellow pigfuckers back and forwards to Eire, and they are mostly Rangers fans apart from the ones who think Rangers went soft by signing Catholics and darkies.

The reason why UKIP are no longer a thing is because the Conservatives now are indistinguishable from the UKIP of 2 years ago. I doubt they'll have any problem shacking up with creationist homophobes who think the pope is satan.

So is this Ian Paisley's old party? (I guess I could Google that, during the hour or so I'm still in a territory where Google works.)

I remember a friend of my dad who did a great Elvis Paisley. "Since ma baby left me" in a very convincing impersonation.

Boris Johnson has been spotted on his way to plot the overthrow of Theresa May.

One of the most amusing things about the Tories now snuggling up to the DUP is that during the campaign they were trying to smear Jeremy Corbyn for having links to terrorism in Ireland.....

Ah, but Corbyn supported the bad terrorists, not the good ones. Well the bad in the evil sense not the competent sense, since the IRA knew what they were about and the Loyalists were all a bit Wily E Coyote. Anyway, Unionists good, tagues bad.

For all German lovers here, Der Spiegel Online's headline over this trainwreck is "Verwählt", which ususally means "misdialled" (harkening from the days when you would have to turn a disc in order to dial a number) but in this context means "fucked up the election".

I'm disappearing and may not have any internet access for a week, so once you lot have all finished laughing at the hilarious hypocrisy of Ruth Davidson now wanting a separate Scottish Tory party as she doesn't want to be run by Westminster, I expect you to have sorted out a proper gubmint for the UK by the time I get back.

We shouldn't expect any better since she's a lesbian who is quite happy to work with (and for) homophobes.

The leaders of the Scottish parties are:
SNP: Nicola Sturgeon - straight and married
Tories: Ruth Davidson - lesbian and set to marry her (Irish Catholic*) fiancée later this year
Labour: Kezia Dungdale - lesbian, split from her long term partner earlier this year
Lib-Dem: Willie Rennie, straight man, married, complete tosser
Greens: straight woman and bi-sexual man, they have co-leaders.

None of this is secret, they are all quite open about it but there is no reason you would know. Kezia Dugdale's father is staunchly SNP and gives her a hard time on twitter when she talks bollocks, which is often.

*only relevant since Davidson is in a coalition with the DUP who were the political wing of the UDA, who killed Catholics.

I M Mai is straight and married but her husband doesn't appear in public, a bit like Mutti. Ruth Davidson should be the choice for Tory leader when Mai goes but:

a) another woman
b) Lesbian
c) Scottish
D) another woman
E) not a godbotherer like Mai
F) another woman

I'm sure the'll find a suitable arsehole to make things even worse for Britain.

It's funny that if you are a halfway reasonable, slightly tight-arsed but minority friendly, British-patriot, independently-minded but not xenophobic Brit from, say, a reasonably well-off Kentish Greater London sub-sub-sub-urbian neighbourhood, you must really be puking your guts out for the sheer mindless fuckuppery that has beset your once well-liked Conservative Party. What is driving a Ture Blue car even worth these days?

So it may not be May who leads the Conservative and Unionist Negotiation Team when they deal with Brussels?
