To be honest I couldn't think whether he had been dead 10 years or was still alive.

Ok, it is a two word title, the second word being the name of the living US president who is not Ford, Bush, Clinton or Bush. (In a couple of years this might be the living US president who is not Bush, Clinton, Bush or Clinton . . .)

I think it is right, it is certainly the film I meant. I haven't seen the second so didn't know Michael Caine is in both.
