Intense shoot-outs from beginning to end, many characters shot, but not consistently graphically or bloodily. Though in many shootouts blood mist and blood splatter can be seen. In some shootouts bloody wounds can be seen, from shotguns etc
A child on a carousel is shot in the opening sequence, although this is not shown. We see the bullet pass through his father, then blood on the carousel and then the child laying lifeless on the ground.

A character's ear is blown off by a bullet (from a distance).
Several characters are tied up, fuel is poured on them, and then ignited. It is assumed that they all die.
A character in a prison is subjected to shock treatment which makes him foam at the mouth, and vomit can be seen all over the floor and his clothing.
Two prisoners fight with many punches, kicks and elbow strikes. One prisoner cuts his opponent's chin with a metal tray before slamming the tray in the other guy's face. He then continues to hit and kick his defeated opponent.
There is a prison riot and escape, where several prison guards are shot at, prisoners also die. Toxic materials are also thrown at people in this scene.
A character is shot with a harpoon gun.
A man is shot in the neck, huge amount of blood spilts from the wound, and he dies.
A boat-owner is ruthlessly shot to death with a submachine gun.
Boat chase with a lot of dangerous stunts at the end of the film.
A surgery scene [...] is shown, sometimes in graphic detail, though these shots rapid and only seen for a split second and in the background. A man's [gory] face is seen reflected in another man's glasses for about 8 seconds.
A man is thrown from the roof of a building, crashing through several glass ceilings before falling to the ground.
Profanity
10/10
Very strong language throughout, at least 30 uses of the word "f***" throughout. Many other swears (sh*t, a**, b*tch etc.), sexual references, religious exclamations, name calling, etc.
Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking
7/10
Some characters snort cocaine and powder from pills. Others are seen disoriented after this.
Characters smoke and drink alcohol several times throughout the film, a teenage girl can also be seen smoking.
Frightening/Intense Scenes
8/10
X's death at the start of the film can be very emotional.
Y's death can be emotional, his brother mourns over him.
Several surgeons and officers are set on fire and burnt alive, even though the process itself is not shown, only implied, it is still very upsetting.
The prison electrocution scene is very disturbing and upsetting, and somewhat disgusting too.
Intense action sequences throughout, including many shootouts, gunfights, stabbings, fist-fights, explosions, chases etc. Dozens of major or minor characters die in various ways, bloody results can be seen.
Overall: 39/50 Very intense movie with lots of violence, pretty much gore and lots of profanity, plus at least two prolonged, very disturbing scenes. Not suitable for anyone under 14.
