Are you sure? I mean, how can you tell? How do you really know the thought of other men touching his beloved hippie didn;t send him into a jealous rage?

And creat tornados that suck instead of blow... How does that help?

I thought tornadoes do suck, in both senses. How else did Dorothy get to Oz?

Of course, the more important question is, why did she want to go back to Kansas?

OK, I'll bite. What is this obsession of being touched by a Canadian? I've been to Canada more than a few times and have been touched by Canadians. With the exception of one Canadian's touch  it was fairly un-eventful.

Don't all tornadoes pretty much suck?

Okay, maybe I had it backwards. You want to make them blow then...

Would you still be safe laying down in a gully?

So she could visit the Kansis City Renaissance Festival?

I think that if you pay them in Canadian dollars, they will not give you change in American dollars at parity...

Fly economy class on Air Canada, and you'll almost certainly be touched by Canadians at some point...

Ok, Joffan and DJ are now some of my favorite posters on IRU.:)

Jimmy lived in Canada for a while, so I'm jealous od him.

The touching by Canadians thing.... I'm not sure why it's cool, but it is. Canadians are awesome. Look at Joffan. Or William Shatner. Wait, don't look at William...

Anyway, I heart math. What were/are your people's favorite subjects in school?

I've never been to Canada, so I don't see any big appeal to being touched by them. I happened to like math in school, though it ripped me apart like... um... like a tornado going through... a... um... Air Canada jet.

That made no sense.

Canadians like to touch Americans or is it Americans like to be touched by Canadians?

Tornados blow?

I don't know the answers to those questions. But I do know this:

Dorothy (and her little dog, too) came back to Kansas by wishing for home.
In my hands I hold a candle whose flame is small to see, And if I give but one light to you my life is filled for me.
But...In your hands you hold a torch for many eyes to see, So hold it high that they may light their candlewicks from thee.

Judy Garland is one big star from long ago who everybody remembers. Can anybody think of a big name movie star who is not recognized by the majority of the current posters ?

The original was about the gold standard, William Jennings Bryan, all that sort of thing...

Do they have Lyme disease in Kansas? If so, what would be the best way to avoid catching it?

The Benchwarmers, you gropist. I'm gonna see X-3 on the last day of school, though, with Winters, Leah, moosedoom, and Katie. Whee. I wish Winters and Katie didn't hate you so much, Jimmy... You're not even that annoying anymore.
