Just mention you're doing it.
(The word count is now 5. There is no minimum or maximum, nor minimum number of posts. The next poster could change it to 2 if they wanted, by saying "now 2" or something. If you just post the wrong number of words without acknowledging you're changing it then it just looks like you made a mistake.)
