I think it contains the word "Fortress", but never seen it, don't know it, don't know the title - only seen it referred to in Star Wars documentaries.

Yes, the English-language title does. It might even be the sort of fortress which is hard to find.

The Hidden Fortress, then? (I don't even know if a film of that name exists or not)

No, not really.

If you wanted to write for the IMDB parents guide about this film, you could just copy the storyboard.

No. It's a film pretty much about the brutality, which is why I could enjoy the film in the first place.

They made a equally gorey but, as I read in the media, very much worse sequel recently.

Oh, it's Fellowship of the Ring. Gimli advocates going through Moria.

Awww, shucks! I just finished reading the Fellowship to my son, and I had it at the tip of my fingers! Didn't dare write it down though.

You won't have read that line to your son, it's not there. In the book, going through Moria is Gandalf's idea.

Come to think of it, I didn't think that line was in the book. And its irritating enough in the movie that I should've remembered it dammit.
