Sheesh, yeah! I knew that sounded familiar.

Ditto.

I loved that movie! What I first got DirecTV (~ '98 or '99), one of the premium channels was playing it quite a but and I watched it several times. It still plays quite regularly. I should try to catch it again...

Mayflower?

I couldn't remember the actual name of the ship, so I googled that so I could remember which one. Is that cheating?

The Bounty, starring Anthony Hopkins as Captain Bligh, and Mel Gibson as Fletcher Christian. Charles Churchill (played by Liam Neeson) called one of the other sailors "old man," to which that sailor responded "Don't you 'old man' me, Churchill, you don't have a lucky face." Later, after the mutiny, when Fletcher Christian is leaving Tahiti, but Churchill announces he'll stay, Fletcher Christian called back "They'll hang you." To which Churchill responded "Maybe I've got a lucky face."

Certainly:

If-- no--
when you win your victory tomorrow...
presumably the survivors will be auctioned off...
in order to pay for the expenses of this heroic expedition.
Could not the agent for that sale be he...
who shares this tiny moment of history with Your Honour?

Spartacus?

He wouldn't have made much commission on the sale of the survivors.
