Dear little sister
Here is a haiku for you
Love you, wake up soon.
Success is not the result of spontaneous combustion....you must first set yourself on fire.

If ever I prayed
I'd send a prayer for her
To a God unknown.

Such a feisty girl.
doc tried to wake her; so she
smacked him in the face

Such a bratty girl.
Annoyed with her catheter,
she yanked it right out.

Such a rough tough girl.
When the above transpired,
not a tear was shed.
Success is not the result of spontaneous combustion....you must first set yourself on fire.

Alone in the night
Archer on television
But it's a rerun

Between-show filler
It's Joan As Police Woman
Singing "The Magic"

The music's not bad
But gawd, does the video
Really truly suck
They call me Mr Celsius!

Haikus are tricky
It's so easy to miscount
And make a mistake

A billion or so
In economics seems not
To matter too much.

It matters to some
Could you possibly manage
To lend me a few?

I have obtained
an inherited chainsaw
from father in law

A trial run and now
and the backyard is covered
in sawdust and twigs

The neighbours put up
quite politely I might add
with the rowdy blitz

Now I can relax
whilst contemplating the next
chainsaw episode

Poured a cup of tea
Then something distracted me
Now it's very cold :(

with a hint of trust

After hours of play
The sound of a snoring child
Happiness, blinding.
