Replace -33.857 by the latitude (positive for north, negative for south), and 151.215 by the longitude (positive for east, negative for west). If your choice is a famous landmark, Wikipedia often has the coordinates. Not sure what the next set of numbers does. But, the z=19 is the zoom, higher numbers to zoom in, lower numbers to zoom out. For example, if you want to see what the zoo looks like from space, try 1.406 North and 103.79 East, with a zoom of 17.
