I suspect this bridge has been in a lot of things but I'm looking for the 1970s thriller.

This is actually my third choice film since Germany and its wee brother don't seem to be on Streetview any more.

Almost certainly wrong, and I would guess you've probably not seen it, but Silver Bullet?

*Ah - didn't notice the 70's thriller bit. I know you get genre straddling films, but it's highly unlikely to also be an 80's horror.

It was Midnight Cowboy, the shot at the Plaza Hotel at Central Park.

The only Minneapolis film I can think of is Purple Rain, but I doubt that is correct.

It's not in Mallrats - the only Minnesota location that used was the mall in Eden Prairie.

The car park belongs to the facility in my link. I had navigated from Second Avenue (where the building is) around the corner to Third Avenue (where the car park is), and had a clear picture of the car park on my screen, when I thought I had copied and pasted the link. And yet I got the location before I finished navigating.

Note that the entrance to the car park is on 8th street, which does not seem navigable in Google StreetView.
