It has indeed got Bob Fahkin' 'Oskins in it. And assorted geezers, toms, nonces, etc. But you knew that, it's an 'Oskins film.

I think it's Driving Miss Sleazy/Moaning Lisa, but am about to disappear to the internetless wilderness for a couple of days so if I'm right then somebody else please crack on*.

* Come to think of it, that's also the case if I'm wrong.

Okay, this one may be tough. The house was used in a movie but it was located elsewhere at the time. So ignore the surroundings. They have nothing to do with the clue. It is just the house we're interested in.

Yes, it is. Considered by some to be one of the best ever. It spawned many sequels.

I think I had it figured out just from you saying it had been moved. Shrek's house, sort of.

Is the teenager the central character? The two that came to mind are Risky Business and Ferris Bueller's Day Off.

It doesn't look the same without about ten thousand twinkly lights. And maybe some reindeer.

None.

Important, but not the main character.

It's not National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, or a any other Christmas film - one of the cast is also in a famous Christmas film, though

Arneb wrote:The Grinch?

Nope.

Trains, planes and automobiles is a Xmas film starring John Candy, who babysits his teenage niece and nephew in Uncle Buck. So, Uncle Buck?
