It is a 1930 B&W film, I may have th location wrong, from what you are saying.
Maybe we should bin this one, particularly since it may be the wrong location. I thought it was where the original of "All quiet on the Western Front" was made.

If Mactep was takting an aim at Spy Game, I think none of the Berlin scenes in there were actually shot in Berlin. The aerial filming seemed to be from Budapest or so.

Come on, Arneb, you know which Bourne film was set in Berlin. Big scene in the Alexanderplatz. Later it moves to Moscow.
ETA - arg, I forgot, there are two Bournes with scenes in Berlin.
