If I'm correct, then conceivably both - the scene I'm thinking of is in a mall car park, but there are other scenes inside the mall (I don't know if it was all filmed in/at the same mall).

I don't think so, but you'd have to ask BM65 to be sure. At any rate, the Muppet Movie isn't the answer I'm looking for. The place with the Picasso is across the street from this location.
