I stumbled across the answer to this one by accident, while looking for a quote to use in t'other game, so I'll sit on my hands here.

Is this a filum about two gay women and one of them tries it on with a straight man who is the sperm donor of her 'real' children? Only I can't remember the name of the film.

No, that is not the plot.

Fyrther quotes:
The protagonist's cat is found dead at his front door, covered in blood, with its legs partially dismembered revealing bones and muscle tissue. It is shown more than once for many seconds. The body and its limbs are arranged in the shape of a swastika.

A character is gassed and passes out, and awakes to find himself tethered to the ceiling by his neck and back. After some talk with his torturer, who treats the setting in a routine, matter-of-factly manner, even going so far as to put on music, his head is covered with a plastic bag as he hyperventilates. An array of power tools are shown at the torturer's disposal. The man is eventually rescued.
Get it up ye.

We see a disturbing naked foetus covered in blood (See violence and gore) No genitals are shown... A couple enemies are vaporized when they try to run through a force field... A teenage boy is engulfed by flames and killed...One use of the word b*tch by a motherly character....A few uses of the word hell

Heid got the 1st dibs on the guess. (Close-enough is near enough, and 1st-in is 1st-served. So you win that round Heid).

Sex & Nudity

Rated PG-13 for violence, thematic material and partial nudity.

[Character] kisses his girlfriend and 'wakes up' next to her in the morning. When the doctors are taking care of one of the dead bodies, you can faintly see his penis in the background.

A magazine shows a photo of two naked women. We see one of woman breasts, but it is very brief.

Violence & Gore

Two shotgun blasts from ten foot range create a lot of splatter and visible blood (and pain). Attempt on a life by shooting a shotgun into a car windshield. Two dead men can be seen burning inside a car. Two men are shot at the end of the film, one with blood splatter (the blood then pools around his body). Other than those few scenes, not a lot of actual violence. Woman is shown strangled with bruises around her throat and blood stain on her dress. Very realistic surgery and hospital scenes that have some blood appropriate for a surgery scene.

Splatter? Blood? Tits? A boaby? Not James Bond, then.

Edited Afterthought: While probably, technically, correct, I appreciate you'd like a little more precision than "Not James Bond, then".

Not James Bond, and yes more precision would be good.

The film is famous for something other than that list.
