I've not seen Bullitt for years, but I remember the car chase as being very good.
Right, next up:
A man gets impaled on a tree and spits out blood
A man gets his stomach ripped open and we see his intestines hanging out (he's still alive), and another man tries to fit it back in.
The same man who was nearly disemboweled earlier gets his intestines chewed up by a dog. A man nearly shoots the dog, but another man vomits on his head to get him to stop.
Right, next up:

We see a man after his death with his skin appearing like wood as he is placed in a sarcophagus and the lid placed on top.
Three men accost a woman, a farmer steps up and punches one of the men; soldiers rescue the woman.
Soldiers capture a monk and question him; a man stabs the monk off screen without sound.
Name-calling (stupid, crazy, lady friend [referring to a man], plague and useless.)
At least 1 F-word, that is unexpected. It is yelled suddenly ...
