Sex & Nudity
Lots of sexual innuendo and rough sex talk about different types of intercourse and masturbation. also a few references to oral/anal sex and erections.
In an extended scene [character] drops his pants to reveal [...]; the camera lingers on his naked crotch.
After she falls in water a woman's nipples are evident through her wet blouse, and we see pictures on a wall of topless women.
Some cleavage and a woman in a small bra and panties dances suggestively around a pole.
We see a man's bare behind.

Violence & Gore
[charakters] shoot and kill several people in a boardroom (we hear screaming and see blood splatter on various objects in the room).
We see the aftermath of a massacre, with many dead and very bloody bodies all over the street; we then see that [charakter] is picking people up and dropping them (one man's head is splattered all over the ground, with very bloody results).
[charakters]'s head explodes, splattering blood.
A man is shot with a machine gun (we see bloody bullet holes and his body jerks on their impact).
[charakter] stabs and kills a man (we hear the squishy sounds as he pulls it out, and see blood on them both).
A woman is stabbed in the back with a hockey stick and killed (we see a bloody wound on her back).
A man on a bus is shot and killed (off screen, but many people react in horror).
[charakter] breaks a man's neck and kills him.
[Someone] is killed with a golf club (a gooey substance pours out).
We see implied images of a massacre taking place on a TV (many people are shown with bloody faces and in panic).
Lots of fighting and brawling through the whole movie.

Profanity
104 uses of "fuck", often paired with "mother", and about 60 uses of "shit".
"Bitch", "dick", "piss", "damn", "crap", and "tits" are used a few times throughout. Nigger is used once.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking
There are people getting drunk, using marijuana and smoking cigarettes throughout this film.

Frightening/Intense Scenes
Dozens of people die in assorted bloody ways onscreen.
A woman working at an abortion clinic has a crisis of faith during much of the film.

Sex & Nudity

There are several scenes of bare breasted women.

A woman walks, fully naked, to run a bath. We see her bum and breasts.

A man talks seductively to a woman on the phone, who then removes her bra and caresses her breasts

There are several scenes which show videos and photos of pornography. In one we see from considerable distance a shot of penis in woman's mouth. Quite explicit, but then again it is seen from far away. (In blu-ray version the explicit image (black & white) is completely clear, however a man's hand is covering the testicles but you can see clearly the man's penis in the woman's mouth)

A character has sex with a few characters. Nothing too explicit but, again, breasts are seen.

A woman, held at gunpoint, is forced to take her clothes off. Breasts are shown.




Violence & Gore

Some characters are slapped in face.

Two women fight in a bar. Not too violent.

A drunk teenager is kicked into a pond.

A man is stabbed to death. Blood is shown.

A man is shot. No blood.

A person is repeatedly punched in the face, then tossed off a car park and lands on a car. His face is bloody.

A character kills a man by hitting him over the head with a double barreled shotgun. Off screen.

A man is shot in the head by a sniper

Several times, men are threatened at gun point

Oh my Alanis! I love that movie. I can't believe I didn't get that on the "crotch shot" reference alone.

The lead of this film has an accent at odds with his backstory.

Not Bond, not espionagey, though the lead actor has been in a number of spy thrillers.
