More than three thousand BAUT members in Singapore? Hardly.

What could be "more than three thousand" for the entire population of Singapore and have to do with astronomy?

No. The graph means that 100 % of the Singaporean popukation have something in the quantitiy of >3000, while only 38% of the Icelandic population reach that value; some 35 % are assigned to a value of 688-3000, about 20 % get 87-688, and single-digit numbers get14-87. and 1.7-14, respectively. Fery few get <1.7. What is expressed by these quantities?

Malta is the flag reversed while Gibraltar is its flag rotated by 90 degrees . . .

Small states seem to score higher than large, that can't be co-incidence. Proximity to something?

There is a reason, and it is certainly no coincidence a sprawling city state occupied the top spot.

Based on some of the information given, I don't even know how to read the graph at this point. My first attempts were serious.
