Guess what the Graph Shows!

All the game threads. (It's only teenage wasteland.)

Which why the dark grey area is labelled "external" :D. Drugs, such as LSD, would make a contribution to that part

Yes, absolutely, the graph shows the relative contributions of several conditions to total mortality. The total is always 100 %, so the graph ignores that, on an absolute scale, you are very much less likely to die in your 20s than in your 90s. The graph is for males only, but here is the site it was taken from - it is an interactive graph, which you can manipulate to show males, females, races, etc. Would you have thought that cancer (yes, the prple one) is the second highest cause of mortality in childhood, after accidents?

I'd say Lianachan gets the cigar and the right to put the next graph forward, and for Heid, we'll reserve at least a fine Cuban cigarillo (respiratory = 9 %)

Yikes, what a morbid graph that turned out to be. :)

Someone else can take this one. I'm away at a conference for a couple of days.

Wait, you are at a conference and can'T produce an interesting graph? What kind of conference is that?

It's more to do with the unpredictability of my internet access. I'm posting this from a train, with bandwidth of 90's quality.

Seems like the ultimate challenge. Okay, I'll give it a go. A failed attempt to graph something?

Something to do with the Olympics or Paralympics I would guess, as it uses the stupid name "Great Britain". Medals table, or some such.

It is a graphical representation of certain events, a subgroup of which is coloured differently thatn the rest.

We talked about something very similar in one of Mactep's graphs, and the topic treated has been in quite a few discussions here.
