I don't "need" to do anything. I do want to stop quitting it, mainly because I don't have that big a beef with Candy. I thought I did, but after a while I realized I was just spilling my disgust with William onto her. I don't agree with a lot of the things she did, but she's not *that* bad in the end.

I first heard him over the telephone while monitoring quality control. I loved his voice and friendliness so much that I "stalked" him. I would purposely call him and disguise my voice pretending I was a customer. He caught on after awhile.

He was a reservation agent that eventually made it up the food chain to "still union" airport.
