Bill EE wrote:So Sci (may I call you Sci?) what kind of Sci-Fi do you like?
That's a new one. Most people go with SFC, but whatever floats your boat.
I like all sorts of scifi from hard stuff like Asimov to fantasy, and pretty much everything in between.
I've fallen behind in my pleasure reading of late due to school, but I'm certainly interested in any recommendations. Do you like scifi?

An excellent blend of fantasy and science fiction. While it's more on the fantasy side, it's still excellent. Roger Zelazny is my hero.
Cool. Thanks! 8)Doe, John wrote:Bandit wrote:Agreed. I'll have to check out Zelazny. Thnx for the tip people. :)
It might be hard to find some of his older stuff right now, but I think I read somewhere that it's up for a reprinting soon.

Nothing I can say you will listen to thanks to the next person who will post right after me (Lonewulf) because he wants to defend the few women he knows of in his life.
But I think she is going to make this place a lot less interesting.

Do I like sci-fi? Does a bear - you know the rest. I am also way behind in my reading also. I started with Clark (City and the Stars) when I was a wee lad. Lately I am getting into alternate reality fiction (The Lost Regiment Series - right now I am trying to read 1632 in between work, kids, and life). Not too much into fantasy (got burned out with the Pern series) but I should go back and have a look at what it available now.

I read the first book a couple decades ago, and I still remember it, but I've never had the chance to get to the others. Thanks for the reminder. :D
