I mean - is there any way in reality that an ISP can detect file sharing? Isn't it all encrypted or something?

New Zealand??? Population what, four million? Half of which are literate, of those half of which have computers, of those half of which are connected to the internet, of those 1% of which share files ... so it comes down to ... well, probably just you.
