I did a bad thing. I cheated on my diet and had an extra piece of cheese. I did this long after the fact that Wolverine banned me from Bad Astronomy. But since he is using other after-the-fact attacks on me, he can use that one too while pretending to be just and logical.
There you go, Wolverine, there is a freebe. You can use that too.
