Where? Look at a map and find Niagara Falls - then go aobut 3 miles east and one mile south.

When? Born in the Year of the Dragon, Month of the Dragon and Hour of the Dragon... seriously. I dind't know till I was 16 and went to Chinatown in San Fracnisco and had a neat old guy do my horiscope. He looked up stuff on me and handed me back my money and bowed. Next thing I know the owner of the resturant across the street invites me and my two friends in and treats us to lunch!
just a 10-4 guy in a 9-5 world
Keeping them from kicking our asses for talking about it like they aren't going to kick our asses for talking about it is the hard part.

Here's my suggestions:

The Labyrinth
I feel like this goes well with the Illuminati idea

Random Meanderings
I like the rhythm of this one

Blowin' Smoke
This might be dated but does kiss up to the dragons.

You sir are my new best friend. I am also born of the Time and Year of the Dragon! Very odd coincidence indeed. :D

Joffan, Blowin' Smoke would be more like a flames Forum instead I think.

Hey, I thought Labyrinth was good. But if you didn't like it, to each their own.

Now on that ketchup matter, I will fight you to the death. And I will bring with me evey Dragon, Llama, Minion and Sprig of Wulfsbane the universe has to offer.

Actually, I think I liked it. It's been a long time, though, I'd have to see it again to give an opinion.

Go ahead.

I'll bring a harmonica and try to play. Horribly.

I like The labrynth, both the movie and as a title to the forum.

Or maybe:

Inquisitionville

Amityville

The Devil's Advocate

Speaker for the Dead (a cool title, thanks OC Card!!!)

All kinda creepy but that's just me ;)

I wasn't gonna say it, but now that it's on the table:

Hotdog v. Ketchup

Resonates for me.

We passed over Brokeback land too fast. I realize Brokeback jokes are officially passe, but still... I just can't quit coming here...

Or we could just name it Burt. After the famous TV personality Burt Nurny.

(Nope, no hidden deep meaning there.)

How about Dysfunction Junction?

Or

I visited the internet and all I got was this lousy forum.

Or

E Pluribus Barnum (We are all together a circus)

Or

Darn Ocelot Stole Conrad

(I like that one coming or going.)

Or

Cheez Whiz

Or...

I've embarassed myself enough
