So I found this one on the inter webs.

None of the countries bordering Poland in 1990 exist today.

Only true if we take 1990 before October 3rd.

To be fair, there only were three of them.

On the other hand, of those bordering Poland in 1939, two still exist, albeit both are a bit smaller than they were then. Actually, one of them may be a bit bigger now - I'll need to check.

I am currently in one of Poland’s neighbours, to be honest other than the signs having a plethora of accents I’d believe it was Poland. Very nice in a non-specific Central European way.
