$10 if you tell me how you did it!

What kind of problem (with avatars) are you having?

I think it's still the size. I quoted on his website.
The avatar image file size must be less than 6 KB

Okay, then upload it to your network share (where you post your photos) and use this option on Bill's board:

Link to off-site Avatar:
Enter the URL of the location containing the Avatar image you wish to link to.

Oops, I linked your URL to the off-site. Perhaps, I had been trying to upload in the wrong spot. It works, now. Thanks, Lance.

That's okay for now Candy, but that URL will fail when I move everything to the other host. You may do better hosting it on your at&t account, or using the GLP url for it.

Try this one:

http://img.lop.com/images/glp/zgraphics ... pal107.GIF

(I don't mind you pointing here, but it will break soon.)

I think these avatars are way to freaking huge.

A gigantic drawing that distracts from the real content of the forum.

I think I will limit its size.

How do you get the Avatar that size? Is it when you first copy it to Photo Editor? I'll post a print screen in a second to explain what I'm talking about. I thought I had this photo sizing down, but I am wrong. I'm always wrong.

As soon as I get it saved to my website, I will post it to yours, Bill. This is the only way I can see to get it really that small. It looks funny, though, if you actually save it to Photo Editor. I don't know how Lance got the quality so good. Perhaps, he will fill me in, before I post my steps on what to do right.
