Merry Freakin' Christmas

Postby Enzo » Fri Dec 22, 2006 3:26 am

You got your Merry, and you got your Christmas. SO put them together, ok?

We are packing the truck and heading out of here tomorrow for a few days on the road. Drive to Toledo, and take the Amtrak to washington DC. Did it last year and really liked it. Trains are great.

So for a few days you will have to make up your own stupid jokes to fill the void. Unless I can figure out my brother in law's computer and fight off the teens My Spacing...

I was thinking of heading downtown to straighten out the COngress, but I hear they closed. Bastids.

And to BT, may you find peace. Just not here...

I'm going to go with something random and say... Croatian?

Anyhow, Happy Holidays everyone.

Merry Christmas everybody!!!! Hope you have a good trip, Enzo!
In my hands I hold a candle whose flame is small to see, And if I give but one light to you my life is filled for me.
But...In your hands you hold a torch for many eyes to see, So hold it high that they may light their candlewicks from thee.

The memsahib and I are off doing the family/in-law thing for a few days then off to Austria for a week crosscountry ski-ing. (Though if the snow doesn't come it may be a week hillwalking). It is unlikely I'll post in the next fortnight, so enjoy whatever festive holidays come your way.

Be pure, be vigilant, behave.

I'll be here on Chirstmas Day. I've been here every holiday since I've been on IRU, why skip Christmas?

If my immediate family decides to go to bed early rather than stay up for the countdown, then you might see me here then too. Plus I'll probably be a little tipsy. Image

Starkle starkle little twink,
Who the Hell are you I think,
I'm not under what you call,
the alcofluence of incohol.
I'm just a little slort of sheep,
I'm not drunk like thinkle peep.
I don't know who is me yet,
but the drunker I stay the longer I get.
So one more drink to fill up my cup,
I got all day sober to Sunday up.
