Unfortunately the history is flat wrong, and Britain, England and the UK are not synonyms; but apart from that it's mostly bollocks.

Well, someone has to take the blame. I rather suspect this one isn't serious though. . .

I couldn't work out if it is a spoof or just really shoddy. I seem to have lost my ability to detect humour on the net.

It could be a parody of some reparations-for-slavery movement in the US, which has about as much chance of getting anywhere as I have of getting to the moon under my own power. Or it could be serious. But having lived in the US for about 96% of my life, it seems to be there is not a whole lot of serious anti-British or anti-English sentiment. Now, anti-French, -Russian, or -Chinese sentiment - that's a different story. . .

I like how they claim that the British invented bad hygiene.

My parody-dar isn't the keenest in the world, but it's going off right now. Most of it reads like a parody of the extreme left over here.

Yup, I'd have to agree. When I coined the term, in my mind it included DS. MichiKid is a state of mind, not limited by geography. Heck, sometimes I even feel like a MichiKid, but not too often anymore...
