We're away to the Sheepshaggers tomorrow, I'll be astonished if we win.

Astonished I am:

Sheepshaggers 0 - 3 Rangers with all our goals coming in the last ten minutes. It helps secure us in third place.

Played 143, won 68, drawn 28, lost 47.
Get it up ye.

Incredible Rangers!

Union managed to catch a late equalizer at whistle time after leading 2 - 0 away to steenkin' Düsseldorf, so any danger of promotion seems banished now.

Hertha 2 - 0 up, 15 min from time. I wonder how they'll manage to botch this, but the will sure try.

They didn't botch it!

Hertha 2 - 0 FC Ausgsburg

Putting us back in fifth, 3 pts. clear of a non-international placement. Don't worry, there is plenty of opportunity to fuck this up yet. We'll manage.

Played 144, won 69, drawn 28, lost 47. (I hope Lance can get over the number of wins).

CL match between Dortmund and Monaca called off and adjourned to tomorrow because of an explosion close to the Dortmund team bus.

Are these weird times or what?

Back to Bundesliga

FSV Mainz 05 1 - 0 Hertha BSC

Of course we lose against 15th placed crisis crew Mainz, as so often.

Played 146, won 69, drawn 29, lost 48.

Rangers 2 - 0 Kilmarnock, we won't catch the Sheepshaggers in second place, we're unlikely to be caught by St Johnstone (so insignificant they don't have an abusive nickname) so we should be safe in third.

Played 147, won 70, drawn 29, lost 48.
Get it up ye.

Ross County 2 - 2 Shellick

Played 148, won 70, drawn 30, lost 48.

A dubious late penalty and the Celtic captain being sent off? That is always worth a laugh.

Edit: and you can relegate ICT and save yourselves with a win on Friday.

Ah, wasn't at the game today (family birthday here) and only knew the result. Sounds like a cracker. We were due a dubious penalty, for all the clear cut ones we haven't been given against that lot over the years.

Move on, nothing to see here...

Cup semi-final tomorrow, us against Sellick. We won't win by more than one goal, they could win by four and anything in between is possible, with them winning by two the likeliest. It's 2215 here and kickoff is in 14 hours, I don't know whether to sober up or keep drinking.

The hangover will be monumental if you keep it up...

SpVgg Greuther Fürth 1 - 0 Dynamo Dresden
Hertha BSC 1 - 0 VfL Wolfsburg

Hertha in 5th, looking at another European qualification if the late season collapse somehow does not take place. three matches (+ Leipzig at home) against lower-placed teams, so it should be their own fault if they don't make it.
Greuther hold about the highest position possible to qualify as mid-table mediocrity, 6th.

Glad you're keeping the average up Arneb.

I had hoped for a 50 % win rate. That is far off, I am afraid.

Their Sunday name is Inverness Caledonian Thistle. It's our derby game, and they're our bitter rivals. Very bitter tonight....

Stig of the Dump is a kid's book we all had to read at school. Their ground is built on a landfill site, so the nicknames come easily :D
