I can ping the server's IP but my browser times out trying to go to the site. :?

And just that quick it's acting up again. I got the forum index, went into one thread, and when I tried to go back to the index I got "The page cannot be displayed" error.

I can't even sign in. When I enter my addy and password I get an error screen telling me either my addy or password is incorrect.
Had to set up another account.
