Heart surgery for Cyndi's niece

Postby KLA2 » Sun Apr 13, 2008 5:38 pm

Cyndi's 21 year old niece is undergoing heart surgery on Tuesday. (That is Cyndi, Lance's significant other)

I thought we could pass on well wishes to be taken to her. The more skilled may even post pictures / cards.

I will kick it off.

May your heart soon be as sound as the Tin Man's, and as full of love.

She has an aneurysm on one of the major coronary arteries. It's good they caught it early. Hopefully everything will go okay.

Well, they had to go to "Plan B" but they did not have to crack her chest.

It seems after getting past a couple of hurdles everything ended up okay.

That's great. My mom had her chest cracked a few years ago, crazy surgery that was.

That's good, right? She's going to be okay without having her chest cracked? Because that truly is horrific surgery, with a long recovery time.
