Okay I finally have a friend lined up and keen to join but he is encountering extreme difficulty with the registration procedure. What does it take to get satisfaction? (Pesos?, rubles?, dinaras?)

I have sent an email directly to the affected person. Have been waiting to hear back before taking any further action - mid-morning at his location right now.

We just got a spammer registered using a gmail account, so I think it should work if he tries now.
