Somewhere between Elie and St. Monance on the Firth of Forth, Scotland. About 1/2 hour drive from the house :)

Beautiful...

So as I look on a map, are you anywhere near St. Andrew's? I have a friend that goes there every year to play score keeper at... Is it the British Open?

Yep, the British Open was at St. Andrews (Old Course) this year which is a bit further round the coast. Next year it will be at Hoylake, Liverpool.

Do you attend? Perhaps you know Jim. He's the friend I mentioned in another thread that is in Pakistan right now visiting the K2 Base Camp.

Don't blame you. I passed through Abercrombie on the way from RAF Lossiemouth to RAF Leuchers a few years ago. Or at least I remember seeing signs that said Abercrombie.

Some of the guys I was with were golf fanatics. I was a videographer and on our day off they dragged me to St. Andrews, because they wanted video to prove that they had played at St. Andrews. It was a beutiful day, spoiled by a bad game.

You look like Richard from Avaya. He's a man a greatly respect, even though he has a thick head sometimes. I went to Denver during a vacation and sat with Richard for 8 hours learning 'secrets' to trouble shooting circuit issues. He showed me so much that I took it back to United, my Manager reluctantly agreed to allow Avaya to give us simple people access to 'secrets', and now Richard is regreting every moment of my trip. I find the needles in the haystack, and it means more work for him.

Hey! You look like my uncle Charlie with whom I watch Hitchcock movies. Check that out; I'm a teenager that used "whom" in a correct manner. Isn't that just odd? 8)

Watch out for your uncle Charlie, remember Joseph Cotten in Shadow of a Doubt?

Yes, and you kept the preposition far away from the end of the sentence. But you also said "hey" :D

Don't let people get under your skin. Animal is right about that, people are going to generalize and there's not much you can do about it. You can prove them wrong, and make them feel stupid by using a word they don't understand. But they'll still do it, best not to let them bother you...

Now, if I could only follow that advice myself :D
