That's true, and I don't speak for the nation. For me, there is just a missing prerequisite: actually caring about it.

Though I thought there was a time when Chicago wanted to sever itself from the rest of Illinois... I'd have to move. DuPage county is FAR too red for me.

I checked the election commission's page, Clinton > 50%, Trump < 40%.
