Cutting edge food service

Postby Enzo » Tue May 21, 2019 9:12 am

SO yesterday after an eye exam, the wife and I drove around looking for someplace to eat. We decided to find some place we don't usually go.

Before we settled on Claddagh Irish Pub, we went behind "The New Mall" to see what had sprung up back there. We found the Capitol Grille, and expensive steak joint, not yet open for the day. As we drove through the empty car lot, a young man walked out of the place with a chain saw. That was more than I could resist.

We drove over to the man and I asked him "Is the meat there really that tough?"

He played along. He assured me the meat was not that tough, he just had the chainsaw "in case".

A great chuckle was had by all.

He left out a detail I think was important. What first caught my eye was an excellent case of "you don't see that everyday":

The guy carrying the chainsaw? Was wearing a 3 piece suit.

Surely he was a sculptor. Apparently it's a 'thing'. ;)
