Resolved: Mystery announcement

OK, it's been a week, but I can't seem to get over it. It was last Tuesday, and something was going on in computerland, I have no idea what, but for some reason the forum felt different. And there was this Announcement dated: Tues Apr 11 2006 10:54 am.

Yet within the section, there is NO such announcement, just the listing in the index. Each time I go back and check, yep, it still is not there. I need to get on with my life, but I can't. The mystery announcement is still kept from me.

So: perhaps we could remove that mention from the index page, or maybe insert some annaouncement with that date into the section. That would make me happy.

Now I need to go to the Italian restaurant and line all my silverware up with the red and white check pattern of the tablecloth.

Ah. It never occurred to me to look at the bottom. It seemed to be in descending chrono.

Thanks, now I have to go organize my loose change.

This board has a modification that moves locked threads to the end. I thought it was a good idea when I installed it, but it can be a pain sometimes too.

It is all I can do to send emails, I haven't a clue how forum software works.

But I can make a guitar amp sing. Or at least hum.
